Our Kart Expo was designed to bring education, industry trends, and best practices to entertainment centers that use Karting as an anchor activity. We aim to educate through industry leaders.

Education seminars and product testing are key components to the event. Manufactures and suppliers will bring products on site to test in a operating FEC environment. Educators from all over the globe are brought in to inform business leaders how they can improve their business and stay ahead of market trends. These experts specialize in our industry and are the most informed in their respective environments. We only invite the best.

Food sampling events, competitions, delicious meals, and of course, a party.

This event is by invitation only and is exclusively reserved for industry peers. The attendance cost is $280, encompassing breakfast on both days, lunch on both days, and hors d'oeuvres with cocktails on the first night and during the party .

We do not accept any sponsorships. To keep the purity of the events purpose, this event is designed to be educational only. 

Attendance is capped at 100 people and must be approved by organizers. First come first serve basis for the exclusive invitation list.

Monday, May 6th (12pm-9pm)
12:00pm-4:00pm - registration (open house style). Lanyards provided
4:00pm - 9:00pm - networking; cocktails Drinks & Hors Devours provided,

Tuesday, May 7th (7:45am-10pm)
*snacks to be served throughout the entire day in the Banquet hallway. Snack bowls at each table in Banquet Space.
7:15am - Doors open
7:30am - Breakfast served
9:00am - Seminars begin.

6:30pm - Concert begins (Double Wide Ride)/Kart test drives/ (race competitions) from all manufacturers. Combat Karting experience to be provided during charge cycles.
